This website is offered to clients and other users conditioned on the clients’ and users’ acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of https://LEDph0t0graphy.mypixieset.com/ constitutes the agreement to all such terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.

https://LEDph0t0graphy.mypixieset.com/ is a Business Photography site built to assist users find the right photographer for their needs, booking, communicating with the photographer, and sharing finished albums from the photographer to the client, all in one place!

Privacy

The use of https://LEDph0t0graphy.mypixieset.com/ is subject to LED Photography’s Privacy Policy, which governs the site and informs users of the data collection practices. There is a visible notice on the website that cookies are being used to personalize the experience, if the user continues to browse, they accept the cookies.

Electronic Communications

Visiting https://LEDph0t0graphy.mypixieset.com/ or sending messages to LED Photography constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that LED Photography provides to you electronically, via email, the site, or the original communication preference from the client, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You acknowledge that LED Photography is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. LED Photography reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in the company’s sole discretion.

Children Under Thirteen

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) is a federal law that protects children under the age of thirteen. LED Photography does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from person’s under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Refusal of Services

PLEASE NOTE: LED Photography has the right to refuse service for any booking which she does not want to render.

Booking Policy

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Your session fee deposit can be made in the form of cash, Venmo (preferred), or PayPal. Checks are not accepted. Sessions must be paid in full at the time of arrival or before the session date. Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

If the client is unable to make the session, deposits will act as a cancellation fee 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required to credit deposit towards a future session. Special consideration will be made for maternity and newborn sessions. LED Photography reserves the right to deny service or charge 100% of services at the time of booking to client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellation.

Rescheduling Policy

In the event the client must reschedule less than 72 hours prior, a $50 fee will be charged.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital photography, photographs, once sent, cannot be returned. LED Photography has a strict no refund policy. Refunds will not be given due to “not liking” photos or any reasons as such. In the event of equipment failure, photographic materials damaged in processing, illness, inclement weather, act of God, or any other unforeseen event that prevents LED Photography from shooting on a scheduled date, a new date will be scheduled, or client will be refunded of their deposit, if applicable.

Advertisement/Model Release

All photographs may be used for advertisements and promotions as well as marketing. You consent to my photographs being used for this purpose except pornographic or defamatory which may include among others advertising, promotion, and marketing. I acknowledge and agree that I have consented to the publication of photographs. If model is a minor or lack the capacity in the jurisdiction and residence, so parent warrants and represents that the parent is the legal guardian of model and has the full legal capacity to the shoot and to execute this release of all rights in model’s content.

Copyright

Photography LED Photography, Lauren Dixon retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. LED Photography shall retain copyright ownership of all works created, including but not limited to all images in their original and processed formats. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited {Copyright Law Title 17, Appendix V. Additional Provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 2005, Section 102} without the written permission of the Photographer. The client may share/post downloads and social media albums through use of the share functions. The client must identify the photographer (LED Photography) in the caption or tagged of all photographs uploaded to social media websites and profiles. Social Media profile tags are preferred!

Changes to Terms

LED Photography reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the terms under which this site is offered. The most current version of the terms will supersede all previous versions. LED Photography encourages you to periodically review the terms to stay informed of updates.
